Handstand madness
Ive practised qigung for 3 years and started practice asanas only 2 weeks ago and fell in love with army balances <3
My first EVER 10 seconds without wall.
It's a good beginning and also a hard work. I like this feeling and... easy pain that comes in to a bottom of my spine for about first five seconds after this asana lol This is just adoptation and I feel every part ir feeling of my body tried to be carefull as possible. I really enjoy these army and headbalances.
